1.乾洗腿:
雙手緊抱大腿,用力向下按摩,一直到足踝,然後再從踝部按摩至大腿根。再按摩另一條腿,重複10-20遍。這樣可使關節靈活、腿肌與步行能力增強。

3.甩小腿:
一手扶牆或扶樹,先向前甩小腿,使腳尖向前向上翹起,然後向後甩動,一次甩80-100次為宜。可預防下肢萎縮、軟弱無力或麻木、小腿抽筋等症。
